My doctor asked me to get a bunch of tests that turned out to be pretty pricey. Thankfully, your company offered a much more budget-friendly option, allowing me to complete all the essential thyroid tests without breaking the bank, especially compared to the initial quote I got from another place. The standout for me was Casey, my rep, who was super helpful and really knew her stuff while guiding me through everything. I’ll definitely stick with your company instead of going to a hospital where the costs are sky-high for the same tests, and I got my results back in no time! Big thanks to Casey!!!

The whole process of buying, locating, and receiving results was super quick and straightforward. I managed to complete my test without any issues and received all my results in under a day. The only hiccup was with scheduling. It didn’t work when I tried to do it online. Even though the website showed the time I wanted was free, it wouldn’t let me book it, giving a message at the end like, 'this time slot is not available.' However, I was able to secure the same time by calling in. All in all, I’m pleased with the service.
